We don’t charge any fees to transfer your funds from your wallet to your bank account, but please note that your bank might apply a transfer fee.
Effective from 8 December 2025: Ziina will charge 1 AED per cash out (excluding any bank fees) to cover operational costs and support upcoming improvements to our cash out service.
